How to use RevEngE
1. Getting your account and logging in

Your instructor will make an account for you, and give you your username/password to log in. Once you have this, click the "Login" button on the navigation bar and use that information to login.

2. Downloading the Virtual Machine (optional)

If your instructor specifies to use or you would like to take advantage of the RevEngE reverse engineering virtual machine, click on the "Tools" button under the "For Students" heading in the menu bar. Follow the instructions on that page to install the virtual machine. Note that running virtual machines is not possible on some hardware, such as Raspberry PIs.

3. Go through tutorials (optional)

The tutorials section (under the "For Students" button on the menu bar) contain helpful information regarding how to use the tools on the virtual machine.

4. View your assignments

Under the "For Students" button on the menu bar, click on "View Assignments". On this page, you will see a list of your assignments with relevant information like due dates. You also use this page to upload your answers under the "Write-Up" and "Answers" column; after selecting the answer files, push "Submit" to turn in your assignment. You can submit as many answers as you would like, but only the last submission is recorded and your instructor will have the timestamp of the submission.

5. View assignment details

Your instructions for a particular assignment can be viewed by clicking on the assignment name. Clicking on the assignment will pop up the details, which can be dismissed by clicking anywhere on the web page. The pop-out information also contains the timestamp of your last submission.
